Another day another kilogram - lol




I am waiting for the delivery of the 30 Day Shred DVD in the mean time I continue with Jillian's workout from the Biggest Loser Workout book. Going for a run at least 3 times a week also helps and the greatest thing about this is I am losing kilograms and centimetres.

Yesterday I went in to up date my weight log which also has measurement of Chest, Waist, hips etc What a surprise I got....check it out.

I must admit though I am struggling to remain on this eating plan, it is not a case of it doesn't fill me or that, it is a case of missing what I love and one of the biggest food loves for me is


and not just any old type a woodfired pizza...yummy.

So how the heck do I do it ? Well two things W.W.J.M.M.M.D? which is What Would Jillian Michaels Make Me Do ? What would she make me do if I eat a pizza, she would lose it and kill me.

Secondly something she said about willpower and that is:- Losing weight is not about willpower—it's about moments of bravado, like the moment when you ask your waiter to take the bread away from the table right away

It is true, to walk past a pizza shop, smell that cooking pizza and keep on walking away..... !!

Well time to go make my chicken salad...yeah !!!
