
Yeah nearly halfway through level one......yeah right, so today did 3 x 200 m hill repeats plus a easy 2 km run, got home and straight into level one with Jillian.
A little easier this time but still the bicycle crunches bugger me up, there is just no easy way to do them so suck it up and go for it.
My left knee is tender now would that be the hill repeats or Jillian's lunges...hmm I wonder.
Roll on to day 5 and no I haven't been near a scale for a good reason, If I haven't lost then I am going to get negative about this, so after 10 days (six more to go) I will do the scale thingy.
