
Talk about dodging a bullet. As luck will have it this does not seem to be a tear in the muscle, it was possibly just a muscle spasm. I treated it over the last few days with the RICE method and it is much better.
Well it stuffed up my 30 day shred but I will continue to use that as a a three weekly workout, level 1 one day, level two the next etc.
I return to the road on Sunday with the 15 km run at Verulam !!!
