
04h45 beep beep beep beep, the start of my day. Up to the lounge and DVD on, cue Jillian.
Oh man I was sore before the damn thing started, after two sessions of jumping jacks I felt much better, then the bicycle crunches had me wondering what the hell am I doing, but it is all good.
Later in the day shoulders, knees, hamstring, calves and strange enough even stomach muscles were stiff and sore.
When I arrived at RWFL tonight I was still the same and of course one of my runners needed some help with pacing, so there we are stiff and running, not a nice combination.
Looking forward to tomorrow, hill training and.........that is right...Jillian.
