Things were going great and the exercises even seemed to be easier, I was doing great and then wham all of a sudden during butt kicking exercise, basically it is that running on the spot and trying to kick your butt with your heel.
Pain in the lower calf area, it must be a stage 1 tear, at first I thought it was just a pulled muscle but after ice treatment and massage it is still flippen sore especially when going on the toes or pushing off on the toes.

So this comes to a screeching halt while I get this to heal. Dammit it to hell.
