Progress so far




Just returning from leave and wondering if I am in trouble weight wise. I jumped onto the scale to pleasing result no gain and actually a loss. This is great news.

I have grown so accustom to working out from The Biggest Loser Fitness Workout book, I really enjoy the workout and really recommend it to people who have the self discipline to push themselves.



I have recordings of Jillian shouting her stuff which I have put together with my music on my MP3 player, so it is like Jillian is right here while I am training.

I have ordered Jillian's DVD the 30 day shred, just for something more intense to workout to. There are three levels and the idea is to used level 1 for 10 days level 2 for ten days and level 3 for 10 days. Knowing myself It will probably be level 1-3 together for 30 days. LOL



I am actually contemplating in getting the other DVD The Biggest Loser Power Sculpt, the write up is as follows:- Television's most popular trainers prove viewers can achieve the same results as THE BIGGEST LOSER contestants by doing these three different cardio workouts plus warm up and cool down segments. Viewers will get a well-rounded workout consisting of a 10-minute boot camp with Bob, a 20-minute basic training led by Jillian, and a 10-minute routine with Kim. Sounds like fun !!



Anyway the good news is that I am losing weight and getting fitter which was the whole point.
