THE PROGRESS




It is two weeks on the BL here in Durban, I must say I am very driven to do my workouts, why well of course I want to win this thing ;-)

My week is really hectic, give you an idea

Monday

Rest day

17h30 – RWFL branch starts

Tuesday

04h30 – Hill training 6 x 200 meters + 5 km

16h00 to 17h30 – Jillian Michaels workout

Wednesday

04h30 – Jillian Michaels workout about 40 mins

16h30 – 30 mins run

17h30 – RWFL branch starts

Thursday

04h30 –5 km km run with speed breaks

16h00 to 17h30 – Jillian Michaels workout

Friday

04h30 – Jillian Michaels workout about 40 mins

16h30 – 30 mins run

17h30 – RWFL branch starts

Saturday

05h00 21.1 km or 10 km racewalk

11h30 weigh in for BL

15h00 to 17h00 – Jillian Michaels workout

Sunday

05h00 21.1 km run

08h00 to 10h00 Jillian Michaels workout.

So there it is busy busy busy

Now today was a great one, I weighed in at 122.1 which is a loss of 7 kg’s making me this weeks biggest loser that is a good thing but I want to take the title of the overall biggest loser so repeat the above.
