
Today it started.....there is only one other guy in the challenge, the rest are all women, this poses an easier challenge then what I expected. However one can not get to cocky about it as the weight loss is done in percentage and not just pure weight loss. So here is the thing, if they still have to start exercising to get the weight loss going then the fat will burn and be replaced with muscle and of course muscle is heavier than fat..................sooooooo they should put on weight....hee hee !! Of course I have been training for years so I have the muscle already built, sounds good to me.

Now my friend here Kristie (Australian Biggest Loser Season 1)gave me a nasty idea to get a little more of an edge on the first weigh in, simply water load, drink and drink more water adding weight to the first total.

At the next weigh in the water has gone and the loss from the work outs and running will add itself to that giving a good weight loss for the first weigh in....now I hope it does do that.

Yes during this all I am still being coached by Jillian Michaels so even a better chance for me to kick butt and take this thing to another level. Jillian's combinations of strength, cardio and abs has done wonders on many many people including myself so this is all very exciting.




Throw into this mix the pure fact I am training for the George Archer 201 km run and not forgetting of course also training from the Comrades Marathon.
So at the end of the day what will all of this produce...well watch this space.
