My coaching of runner and walkers has always being because I love to do it, I love helping and teaching. I love seeing that joy on a newbie's face when he/she finally cracks a time barrier or distance barrier.
So I guess if was just a matter of time before I got involved with
Yup I was a road leader for a couple of years at Westville RWFL, my branch manager finally sold off her branch and the new guy didn't rehire me so I went off on my own, till recently.So yes I am opening a branch of Run Walk for Life in Queensburgh , tonight I secured premises and next week I go to Johannesburg for training at RWFL.
Branch Manager Dave...sounds weird !!!
