My Life at this time


I was writing an email to my friend in the Eastern Cape and I talked about my program for fitness at this time of my life and I realized that I am doing a hellva of lot of training.

I recently joined discovery and of course with that comes vitality, polar and footpods etc. To acquire points for vitality I have picked up my training and already have like 30 000 points for races and training.

Anyway my program is like this

Tuesday

04h30 Run hill training with my running partner with towing cord

16h30 Taebo with Sharon, Miss 12 hour Comrades (2008) bus driver

Wednesday

04h30 Run 5 km with running partner with towing cord.

10h30 Virgin Active, cycling, free weights and lots of crunches.

17h45 Time trials (optional extra)

Thursday

04h30 Run 5 km with sprints alone

16h30 Taebo with Sharon again

Friday

10h30 Virgin Active, cycle, treadmill run, crunches

15h30 Military workout with Gunnery Sergeant Harvey Walden

Saturday

05h00 Run 10 km with running partner and towing cord

14h00 Military workout with Gunnery Sergeant Harvey Walden

The military training is quite lekker actually

Gunnery Sergeant Harvey Walden IV presents Fighting Fit, Fighting Fat, a solid DVD 60 minute, full color, exercise workout routine for all ages designed to tone down the stomach, arms, buttocks, and thighs and assist in weight loss. Sunday is race day with running partner and sometimes without her.

Monday Rest ……….what even God rested on the seventh day.

So as can be seen if I don’t shed weight here then I don’t know, lets see if I can put Comrades back on the program.
