
So now been inactive and Christmas you can imagine how things were going. The last week of December I started to run again, funny enough the back didn't mind the run. However this period had cost me dearly, I had lost fitness and had put on quite a bit of weight. How much....lots. My weigh in at Virgin was 149 kg, how the hell did that happen ? I put on 29 kgs over the last few months.

My friend Lindy posted on her blog "I feel bloated and as I sit here I can feel the waist pulling into my stomach. And there is a fat roll hanging over my belt! aaaaaaaaaaaargh!" I can totally relate to her . So I stated on the 6 day twice (some days three times) a day training .

Well there are results my weigh in this week was 3.6 kgs less than last week, yeeeeeehaaaaaaaa. I might not be a candidate for the biggest loser (yet) but I am on my way there.
My muscles do not know what has happened, Sharon's taebo lessons are working wonders , I can feel it , there is an exercise that I just can't do and it is floor work so I just do crunches for that work out . It is quite a log exercise and I end up with 150 crunches . I don't think I have every done so many before.
So the road to Two Oceans lies ahead and I need to drop at least 20 kg's before then, Anna has joined in with taebo so maybe she did loss a bit of weight as well, it will only do her good. Well I will keep updating the blog on how it is going.
